Desired profile and skill set requirement:

Exposure on ITSM ticketing tools Working

o knowledge of ITIL framework.

o Exposure to similar role for a minimum of 6 months.

o Experience of working in 24/7 environment.

o 1 year or more experience in similar role.

o Experience on Apple application support and or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) / Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC)

Candidates will have to work in an environment which is based on ITSM (ticket based problem resolution).
