Job description/ program specification:
o HCL Young Engineers Program is a 6 month, full time, residential training program to launch careers in Application Support & Maintenance, Testing and Networking & Infrastructure Management in HCL Technologies.
o In the past 2 years, over 1000 graduates have successfully completed the program and are now deployed in HCL Technologies.
o HCL Young Engineers Program consists of a 3 month on-campus class room training and a 3 month on-job training module.
o The campus module is conducted at our world-class learning center at Manesar (near Gurgaon).
Eligibility criteria:
All those who want to participate in the above program for recruitment as engineer in HCL must have passed their engineering/ graduation with at least 55% marks in aggregate and must have passed Class X and class XII with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
